Let me make one thing clear – I love to eat.
Seven years ago I lost 40 pounds and I have kept that weight off. If you want to lose weight without giving up your love affair with food then this blog is for you.
How you manage your weight has more to do with your mindset than the current diet craze. If you are like me you have proven to yourself that diets work – if you stick to them. It is the sticking to it part that fails, not the diet.
I am both a Certified Wellness Coach and a Chiropractor. I coach people every day on how to let go of the thoughts, beliefs, habits and behaviors that prevent them from losing weight. I have long been fascinated by the psychology of weight loss and I study the topic every chance I get. This blog will not only give you my experiences in working with weight loss clients but will also link to pertinent articles from many of today’s leaders in human potential so you can benefit from their work as well.
