Who is Your Favorite Biggest Loser?

I have been watching this season of The Biggest Loser since the start and I have to say, I have picked a favorite.  I love watching David, the Red Team, and listening to his comments.  Honestly, I have never heard a word of self-defeat or negativity come out of his mouth.  As a Wellness Coach, I can appreciate how important that is.  This week David demonstrated another key characteristic in weight-loss success and that was having and demonstrating a high degree of self-worth.

When he was on the treadmill and Kim Lyons, the trainer for the Red Team, started swearing at him (not very classy), he didn’t melt into a puddle or swear back, instead he took his water bottle and went outside to workout on his own saying simply "no one treats me like that".  In the end, David ended up losing the most weight on his team and saved himself from elimination.

I enjoy The Biggest Loser because it gives insight into all that is needed to win at weight loss, and I don’t mean just the right diet and exercise plan.  What is also needed is to work on what is going on between your ears.  Sure the contestants are given a big advantage in the motivation department but motivation will get you no where if you don’t back that up with a belief in yourself and your ability to do whatever is necessary to get the job done.  That has to come from the inside.

Who is your favorite contestant or favorite moment from the show?  I welcome your comments.
