     I wanted to let you know that over at The Fit Shack JoLynn Braley has been running a series called 31 Days to Loving Yourself Thin.  It is based on the work of an author named Louise Hay who writes about how loving yourself can lead to many types of healing (health, financial, relationships, etc.).

     JoLynn has taken this concept of ‘loving yourself more to heal yourself’ and applied the principles to dealing with weight issues.  This is really well done and a very important series for you to follow if you have a lot of negative self-talk running through your head or you have a tendency to put yourself down because of your weight or eating habits.

     I often talk about how building your sense of self-worth can improve your ability to lose weight and keep that weight off long term.  This article will help you do just that.

    Thanks for recommending my series on Loving Yourself Thin to your readers. I’m having a great time with it and I hope that everyone else who is out there doing the exercises are getting as much of a positive benefit from them as I am! :)
