Weight Loss without Worry

It is forward thinking time again. When working toward accomplishing a goal it is important to focus on what is possible so we can continue to move forward in a positive direction. I believe in potential and that we can overcome any circumstance with the right mindset, desire, belief and commitment.

This video captures about 3 minutes of a lecture given by Alvin Law, he was born without arms, a victim of Thalidomide, a morning sickness drug taken by his mother during her pregnancy, but while the drug left him without arms, it did not stop him from living a full and successful life.

Alvin’s foster family chose to focus on what he could do instead of what he couldn’t do, the result? Alvin now inspires thousands through his speaking and exemplifies how with a positive attitude and a strong spirit you can create the life you want.
