     Time for more Forward Thinking.  Often times when we are pursuing a goal we gradually start to notice our focus getting smaller.  We start to focus on what we can and can’t eat, how many calories are in the foods we eat and when in the world we are going to be able to fit our exercise in.  These are all necessary components of a weight loss journey but when we hold these as our only focus, we get bored or frustrated by the day-by-day responsibilities we face.  This is why we practice Forward Thinking here at Weight Loss without Worry.  Forward Thinking is intended to broaden our focus, help us see the bigger picture and remember the real reason we are on this journey in the first place.  By focusing outward we are inspired to keep moving toward our goal and become more.
