Weight Loss without Worry

     I came across this interesting video hosted by the Mayo Clinic.  It is a very clear and understandable explanation of how Type I and Type II diabetes affects the utilization of sugar in the blood stream.  It is very interesting even if you do not suffer from the disease personally.  It takes only a few minutes to watch and is a great learning tool.
