Forward Thinking with Jack Lalanne
The Inspiration to Achieve Blog helps us out with this installment of Forward Thinking. Forward Thinking is when we look beyond ourselves and our limitations and open ourselves up to the bigger picture of life. This helps us move toward our goal and not get bogged down and lost in the day-by-day grind.
On this link you will see a series of videos from Jack Lalanne. He is the original fitness guru, I encourage you to watch his video called sugarholics. This video is probably 40 to 50 years old and his words are as true then as they are now. When will we let this information sink in?
By the way, according to Wikipedia, Jack is now 93 years old and still works out 2 hours every morning. He spends 1 and a half hours in the weight room and 30 minutes in the pool. What will your fitness routine be at 93?
