Stand Tall…Look Thin
Some of you may not know that I began working in health care as a chiropractor. I think this is the reason that I am so drawn to noticing people’s posture. It is either that or the fact that my mom always harped on me to stand up straight.
It is very easy to connect good posture with good spinal health but have you ever noticed that people who walk and stand with a good, strong posture look thinner? If your posture is sagging and you would like to look a few pounds lighter in just a few minutes, I encourage you to pull your shoulders back, tuck your pelvis up and under and stand up straight!

Chi Walking This book and/or DVD comes highly recommended from me. I tell everyone about it when they embark on a walking program.
