LOSING 50 POUNDS FAST
Let’s say you have 50 pounds you want to lose, you have two options: lose the weight fast or lose it slow.
If you lose the weight fast (let’s say 10+ pounds a month) you will be at your goal by June - just in time for bathing suit weather.
If you lose weight slow (let’s say 2 to 4 pounds a month) you will be still working on your goal this time next year!
Will you have to make lifestyle changes to lose 50 pounds by this summer? Yes, but even if you chose to lose weight slowly you would need to make lifestyle changes the only difference is that slow weight loss brings painfully slow results and research shows that these slow results causes you to lose your motivation and drop out at a significantly higher rate when compared to people who take big action and see big results.
When you tap into the secrets for getting fast weight loss you create an unstoppable motivation that comes from seeing steady progress on the scale and you get excited about losing the weight because you know that this summer you will be pulling out the shorts and bathing suit without fear.
Next Thursday (January 28th) I will be holding a FREE phone class for you entitled HOW TO LOSE 50 POUNDS FAST. In the tele-class I will share the 4 things you must have in place to get the pounds off fast.
Watch for the phone call details coming to your inbox next week - it will be a great call!
Until then tell me what your goal is? Do you have 50 or more pounds to lose that you want to get off ASAP? Do you think you would stay more motivated if you were seeing results every week?

Hi Wendy,
Losing the last 10 pounds can feel like a challenging place for many people. Your goal is very close yet in order to get to your goal you must find the commitment to do what it takes.
To get the last amount of weight off you will want to get your eating, exercise and mindset working together and have some ongoing support to help you stay on track.
In the next week I will be sharing more about a coaching program that can give you all of these elements.

Becky

Hi Brenda,
You can reach your goal with a consistent effort. Keep your eating and exercise plan simple but keep track of what you are doing in a food journal and exercise log.
You will need to adopt the mindset that says, “I will do what I need to do to lose the weight by my wedding.” And get a support system in place to keep you on track.
I can help you with all of these things on the free call that is coming up on January 28th.

I need to lose around 100 lbs. However, I’m prepared to start with 50 lbs by end of June. I am not eating a lot (portion wise); I have cut down a great deal and tend to eat little one type snack meals (eg. raw vegetables, hard boiled eggs on ryvita (protein), carbohydrates, so may be six little meals per day) rather than three larger meals of combination foods (protein, carbohydrates, legumes, vegetables). I’m not sure which is best. Not loosing anything right now.
Look forward to the call and like the idea of keeping a log. In fact have started one already. Thank you.

Linda,
As for eating smaller, more frequent meals or 3 larger meals either can work for you, we would want to look at your whole picture and in your case it may be important to look at how your metabolism is running.
There are ways to improve your metabolism with eating and exercise and when your metabolism is running more efficiently your body burns fat/loses weight better.
I can address this better during the call.

Justin,
I will not have a typed transcript of the call but the call will be recorded and made available to all of my subscribers the following day.

hi
in fact I want a program to lose 15 kilo I don’t know how it equal with pounds, but I need you to help me and send a food program make me lose as soon as possible- and how to keep my weight stable after losing weight?
January 24th, 2010 at 12:39 pm
Hi Dema,
1 kilo equals about 2.2. pounds so you are looking to lose about 33 pounds.
You will benefit from the food program I will talk about during our call and you can join even though you have less then 50 pounds to lose.
I will send instructions on how to join the call to everyone on my list, including you, on Tuesday, January 26th.
My Best,
Dr. Becky
