Well, I will admit that it sounds logical; the problem is it only works IF you can stick with your plan long enough to get results.
I heard this simple formula all the time when I struggled with my weight, and I understood how the body worked from my experience as a Doctor of Chiropractic, a Professor of Anatomy and Physiology and a Certified Wellness Coach. I guess you could say I "got" HOW to lose weight. My problem was WHY I kept sabotaging my efforts.
After struggling with my weight for years I finally learned the truth: there is a difference between forcing weight loss and allowing weight loss to happen as a byproduct of right thinking.
